SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED

To ensure our property is maintained to a high standard for all guests, a refundable security deposit of €350 is required for each reservation.

The security deposit is not a fee and will be fully refunded after check-out, provided that:

• No damage has occurred to the property, furnishings, fixtures, or contents.

• No items are missing from the property.

• The property is left in a reasonable state of cleanliness.

• House rules have been followed.

• No unauthorized guests, parties, events, or pets have been brought onto the property.

• No smoking or prohibited activities have taken place on the premises.

Inspection and Refunds

The property will be inspected following departure. If no issues are identified, the security deposit will be refunded within 3 days of check-out using the original payment method where possible.
